📄 #moderation-reports	Carl-bot moderation reports — reported messages and users are automatically posted here for officer review.
🗂️ #officer-chat	Private leadership coordination. Keep discussions confidential — not for sharing in general channels.
🏖️ #vacations	Post your start & return dates so leadership can plan around your absence.
📋 #member-management	Discuss promotions, demotions, kicks & member standing. All rank changes should be logged here.
📌 #officer-announcements	Officer-only notices & directives from R4/R5. Check before every guild event.
🤖 #bot-commands	Officer reference list for Carl-bot, Timely & Apollo commands. Do not delete or edit pinned messages.

Timely (timezone conversion)

Wrap any time in backticks and Timely will reply with a Discord timestamp that each user sees in their own local time.

caution

24-hour times must be 4 digits — e.g. `0800 EST` not `800 EST`.

Use /timely to set your personal timezone & locale so you can omit the timezone from future conversions, e.g. `3 PM`.
